Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) Sorci Viola's Elia Piermattei started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Sorci Viola getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Alvaro Prato hit a great ball. Fortunato Pizziolo was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Olof Nordnæs capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olof Nordnæs really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Hasse Nelvad came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Sorci Viola's Amedeo Carnevale. But to his dismay, Amedeo Carnevale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 12 minutes into the match, Elia Piermattei notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Darkwing Ducks's Hasse Nelvad. Hasse Nelvad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 16 minutes into the match, Darkwing Ducks's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Cordone came free, but Hasse Nelvad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ariel Palkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sorci Viola's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bendt Grenbo 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Hasse Nelvad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Carnevale, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Fortunato Pizziolo was a little too slow when Ariel Palkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 3-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ariel Palkov to make the kick off. Ferruccio Cordone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Elia Piermattei took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Hasse Nelvad to make any attempt to save it. Alvaro Prato hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute of the match Olof Nordnæs sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fortunato Pizziolo skillfully saved the ball. Fortunato Pizziolo came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Darkwing Ducks's Ariel Palkov. But to his dismay, Ariel Palkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elia Piermattei got free with Hasse Nelvad in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amos Colle kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Olof Nordnæs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hasse Nelvad made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Elia Piermattei sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Darkwing Ducks had won after a very even match.
