Spectators: 7511 (Terracing: 5634, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Leizarraga Texidor made the kick off and thus started the match. After 8 minutes, Egoi Ucedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Unión CF and the PUNTARENENSE F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Egoi Ucedo. In the 8th minute, Johan Ortega got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 12 played minutes Real Unión CF got a freekick which was hit by Nardo Carbajo. After a defensive mix-up in Real Unión CF's zone, Johan Ortega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Echarriza came out of the goal and Johan Ortega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Ortega came free, but Mariano Echarriza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Gomez came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Real Unión CF's Leizarraga Texidor. But to his dismay, Leizarraga Texidor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, PUNTARENENSE F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Leizarraga Texidor came free, but Santiago Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Real Unión CF getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Zosimo Villalaud hit a great ball. Zosimo Villalaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Gomez having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Ortega came free, but Mariano Echarriza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Real Unión CF getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Dominguez Muniz hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, PUNTARENENSE F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Leizarraga Texidor came free, but Santiago Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Johan Ortega made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leizarraga Texidor in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Gomez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dominguez Muniz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 54 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Real Unión CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Mariano Echarriza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Osorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Henry Godinez succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 65th playminute. Cesar Osorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Echarriza having to interfere. Mariano Echarriza made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Johan Ortega sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Echarriza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Ortega, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Henry Godinez fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PUNTARENENSE F.C's protests and gave Henry Godinez a yellow card for diving instead. Henry Godinez hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as PUNTARENENSE F.C's Cesar Osorio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mariano Echarriza. That made the score 1-3 after 90 minutes of play. With his leg Mariano Echarriza managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when PUNTARENENSE F.C's Johan Ortega fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice moves Johan Ortega could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Mariano Echarriza however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Real Unión CF's Ilazki Serrana got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. PUNTARENENSE F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
