Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) After a rather tough play, Saco FC's Thorlejf Hestbek got a free kick in the 6th minute. Hurşit Tamerk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannich Brolyng having to interfere. Jannich Brolyng came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by KOO Tigers's Hurşit Tamerk. But to his dismay, Hurşit Tamerk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Yaşar Tuğbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Villiam Slott blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Özal Erbay having to make a save. Özal Erbay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sivart Ernskov's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Hurşit Tamerk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ulvi Saffet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannich Brolyng having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Mark Jarud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to Saco FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Villiam Slott hit a great ball. Hurşit Tamerk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jannich Brolyng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute Sivart Ernskov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özal Erbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hurşit Tamerk in the 45th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Yaşar Tuğbay managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOO Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Yaşar Tuğbay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannich Brolyng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Saco FC booed when KOO Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baykan Uygan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 48 played minutes, Saco FC's Lenny Anegaard shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Özal Erbay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saco FC reached it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulvi Saffet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sivart Ernskov in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Özal Erbay saved KOO Tigers from getting behind. After 55 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Yaşar Tuğbay. Villiam Slott hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sivart Ernskov in the 64th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Özal Erbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hurşit Tamerk. Arda Ozan Sökmensu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannich Brolyng having to interfere. After 73 minutes, Lenny Anegaard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saco FC and the KOO Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sivart Ernskov during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th minute, Sivart Ernskov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sivart Ernskov in the 79th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Özal Erbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
