With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olívio Valladares in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sele Spalt saved FC Triesen from getting behind. Fabian Dietsche kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Nilson de Queiroz's late challenge caught a FC Triesen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilson de Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Colombo A.C. getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Nilson de Queiroz hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olívio Valladares was the one to do the kick off.
