Caetano Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Lõugas in the 17th minute of the match. Caetano Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eevald Kukkur, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Gabriel Lõugas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caetano Monteiro. Icoara Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriel Lõugas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thiago Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Erik Väärtnõu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Baiano in the 31st minute of the match. After 32 played minutes, Icoara Football Club's Valdo Lima shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erik Väärtnõu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Icoara Football Club reached it. JK Shefid's Eevald Kukkur got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Thiago Zonta made the kick off in the second half. Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Lõugas in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eevald Kukkur in the 67th minute of play forced Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Caetano Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the JK Shefid defense, Thiago Zonta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erik Väärtnõu. The JK Shefid fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erik Väärtnõu should have stopped the shot. Walmir Carvalho hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Ernesto Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mihkel Lainoja kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Ernesto Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genílson de Queirós hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Icoara Football Club players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
