Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Justo Solustiano made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when German Uhin came free, but Victor Zondervan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Uhin struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Victor Zondervan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for independiente. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristobal Cruz during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristobal Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Gertjan Konterman hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in SV Balverliefd's zone, Justo Solustiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Zondervan came out of the goal and Justo Solustiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st match minute, independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Henry to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the SV Balverliefd defense, Manuel Henry kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victor Zondervan. The SV Balverliefd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victor Zondervan should have stopped the shot. Huib Smits short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Amadeo Rio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 31st minute, Manuel Henry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Zondervan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Amadeo Rio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lennart Schalkwijk in the 34th minute. Christijan Sijmonds sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th play minute Huib Smit came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Amadeo Rio. 1-2. After a rather tough play, independiente's German Uhin got a free kick in the 44th minute. When German Uhin came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the independiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Uhin couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Christijan Sijmonds made the kick off in the second half. Justo Solustiano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Victor Zondervan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Benito Araoz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Justo Solustiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Everardo Perico scored 1-3 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Zondervan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gualterio Salvator's late challenge caught a SV Balverliefd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gualterio Salvator helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, independiente's Gualterio Salvator got a free kick in the 78th minute. The SV Balverliefd fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when SV Balverliefd's Christijan Sijmonds looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 86 played minutes SV Balverliefd got a freekick which was hit by Job van As. In the 92nd minute German Uhin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Zondervan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Zondervan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justo Solustiano in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, SV Balverliefd's Jan Alferink got a free kick in the 95th minute.
