Spectators: 7613 (Terracing: 5710, Seating: 1751, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yancho Dzhongarski started the match with the kick off. Diogo Yurin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Truman Bauman hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Wilbur Farrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yancho Dzhongarski in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Yancho Dzhongarski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC CSKA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tinko Minkov hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Diogo Yurin scored 1-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stanislav Velikin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yancho Dzhongarski in the 39th minute of play forced New England Minas's goalkeeper Wilbur Farrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanislav Velikin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogo Yurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diogo Yurin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute of the match Kenneth Armenta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stanislav Velikin skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yancho Dzhongarski got free with Wilbur Farrell in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute Vangel Simidchiyski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilbur Farrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. New England Minas's Wilbur Farrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vangel Simidchiyski in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match, Gergin Muchanov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilbur Farrell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, New England Minas's Kenneth Armenta got a free kick in the 69th minute. A collision led to FC CSKA getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Doychin Chervenkov hit a great ball. When Parker Nance came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the New England Minas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Parker Nance couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, FC CSKA's goal looked a bit too open when Parker Nance came free, but Stanislav Velikin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Tzoko Beninski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, FC CSKA's Vangel Simidchiyski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilbur Farrell. Wilbur Farrell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Vangel Simidchiyski hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The supporters of New England Minas booed when FC CSKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doychin Chervenkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Parker Nance's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stanislav Velikin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. FC CSKA played a much better game than New England Minas and deserved their victory. The New England Minas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
