S S Palestra Italia's Geovanni Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beat Intriago in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, S S Palestra Italia's Rafinha Batista dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With 18 minutes on the clock, Loreto Monedero commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 18 minutes into the game, one of Carpasús FC - FDC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 30 played minutes Carpasús FC - FDC got a freekick which was hit by Bortzaioriz Brasa. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind S S Palestra Italia's goalkeeper Geovanni Vaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ximun Lobera in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geovanni Vaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute of the match Aristides Buerga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geovanni Vaz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Beat Intriago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Ximun Lobera notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of S S Palestra Italia's Geovanni Vaz. Geovanni Vaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. Geovanni Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beat Intriago, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Geovanni Vaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ximun Lobera went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Carpasús FC - FDC's Ximun Lobera came free and shot a quick shot against goal 77 minutes in the game, fortunately Geovanni Vaz had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Ximun Lobera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Geovanni Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ximun Lobera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Vaz having to interfere. Luiz Fábio Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When Ximun Lobera, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 97 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Geovanni Vaz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.
