Galati Harbour Cats's Nicodim Uzuneanu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 5th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Dancho Beshevliev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Duldurescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Zhecho Dragomanov struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Manole Ghiondea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Endzhekoy. 14 minutes into the game, Eugen Zgaroi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galati Harbour Cats's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Endzhekoy the free kick. Eugen Zgaroi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. FC Endzhekoy's Dancho Beshevliev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucian Brăescu in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Nicodim Uzuneanu took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Dancho Beshevliev to make any attempt to save it. Galati Harbour Cats's Manole Ghiondea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nencho Gichev in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Biser Tzanchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ion Bulencea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Galati Harbour Cats's Viorel Ponta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dancho Beshevliev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Viorel Ponta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dancho Beshevliev having to interfere. Viorel Ponta succeeded in the game's 40th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Nicodim Uzuneanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dancho Beshevliev having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Galati Harbour Cats's Nicodim Uzuneanu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Galati Harbour Cats getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alex Nicorici hit a great ball. The supporters of FC Endzhekoy booed when Galati Harbour Cats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. FC Endzhekoy's Dancho Beshevliev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Ponta in the 70th minute of play. Dancho Beshevliev came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Galati Harbour Cats's Eugen Duldurescu. But to his dismay, Eugen Duldurescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 74th minute Lucian Brăescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dancho Beshevliev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dancho Beshevliev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viorel Ponta in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Nencho Gichev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manole Ghiondea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manole Ghiondea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zhecho Dragomanov in the 78th minute. Dancho Beshevliev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Duldurescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manole Ghiondea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhecho Dragomanov went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. When Lucian Brăescu came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Galati Harbour Cats fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucian Brăescu couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lachezar Lambovski during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot by Ventzislav Dragiyski from long distance, 87 minutes into the match, got Manole Ghiondea's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Viorel Ponta scored 9-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dancho Beshevliev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ion Bulencea in the 94th minute of play forced FC Endzhekoy's goalkeeper Dancho Beshevliev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dancho Beshevliev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Duldurescu in the 95th minute of play. Galati Harbour Cats's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
