Spectators: 7459 (Terracing: 5595, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) Matias Beremundo made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpected shot in the 4th minute by Bjarne Brudvik got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bjarne Brudvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Etxatxu having to interfere. After 12 minutes, Alberto Orti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Mitre City and the Bårjåsnjárgga players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had been going on for 13 minutes, Bårjåsnjárgga's Martin Greve got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Epifanio Etxatxu. In the 19th match minute, Bårjåsnjárgga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gjermund Engeset to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd match minute, Villa Mitre City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Beremundo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Villa Mitre City booed when Bårjåsnjárgga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristian Fadnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Matias Beremundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christer Larsson came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Mitre City's Hugo Medardo. But to his dismay, Hugo Medardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Matias Beremundo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Christer Larsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Mitre City. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bjarne Brudvik made a kick off. With a little luck, Bårjåsnjárgga's Christer Larsson got control of the ball when Matias Beremundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Steinar Georgsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bårjåsnjárgga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Matias Beremundo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bjarne Brudvik in the 64th minute of play forced Villa Mitre City's goalkeeper Epifanio Etxatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Villa Mitre City defense, Steinar Georgsen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Epifanio Etxatxu. The Villa Mitre City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Etxatxu should have stopped the shot. Bjarne Brudvik took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Etxatxu. Epifanio Etxatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Kristian Fadnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Epifanio Etxatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bårjåsnjárgga getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Stein Bolstad hit a great ball. Gjermund Engeset hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Christer Larsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Beremundo in the 83rd minute. With his leg Christer Larsson managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Villa Mitre City's Matias Beremundo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Many of Villa Mitre City's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Villa Mitre City may have spent more time on the ball, but Bårjåsnjárgga were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
