Spectators: 7538 (Terracing: 5655, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fulgencio Pedroso took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Congo Bongo booed when Vancouver Reds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Weldon Cordero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute of the match Fulgencio Pedroso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manual Pratt skillfully saved the ball. Manual Pratt came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Congo Bongo's Fulgencio Pedroso. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Pedroso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Manual Pratt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Rodas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, Congo Bongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Berriotxoa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Vancouver Reds getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Judson Huppé hit a great ball. Vancouver Reds's Manual Pratt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Xabel in the 24th minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Fulgencio Pedroso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vancouver Reds's Manual Pratt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Congo Bongo defense, Aldo Quick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Poz. The Congo Bongo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Poz should have stopped the shot. Manual Pratt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Pedroso in the 30th minute of the match. Manual Pratt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Rodas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Vancouver Reds's Manual Pratt got control of the ball when Jonatan Bortzaioriz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Judson Huppé kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Fulgencio Pedroso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Manual Pratt. Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Manual Pratt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fulgencio Pedroso. Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Fulgencio Pedroso took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Manual Pratt to make any attempt to save it. Manual Pratt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Xabel in the 74th minute of play. When Jonatan Bortzaioriz came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Congo Bongo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonatan Bortzaioriz couldn't finish the play. Manual Pratt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Ilazki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manual Pratt made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Fulgencio Pedroso sent off a good shot on target. Candido Ilazki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shelton Woodruff kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Vancouver Reds's Manual Pratt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Vancouver Reds from getting a goal against them. Manual Pratt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Bortzaioriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Sixto Rodas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Congo Bongo's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixto Rodas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manual Pratt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benicio Poz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charley Cates's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The Vancouver Reds supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Congo Bongo's performance. The match ended with a win for Congo Bongo.
