Copaquire's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Claudinho Secco scored to the left of an out of position Juliano Buchanan, making the score, 2-0. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Claudinho Secco got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Claudinho Secco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TIMETER EC -DMZ- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. With a little luck, Copaquire's Juliano Buchanan got control of the ball when Claudinho Secco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruyman Amaya hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliazar Paillao during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Juliano Buchanan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elói Borges in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Dráuzio Proença was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Copaquire the free kick. A collision led to TIMETER EC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Juliano Buchanan came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Germano Leme. But to his dismay, Germano Leme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 75 minutes of play, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Claudinho Secco made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juliano Buchanan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guga Coutinho's late challenge caught a Copaquire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Copaquire's Juliano Buchanan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Borges in the 84th minute of play. Juliano Buchanan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elói Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Eliazar Paillao got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Betinho Paiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save TIMETER EC -DMZ- from getting a goal against them.
