Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Claude Van Dijck started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Abilio Rieta kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Wannes Louckx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rito Vasquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Van Dijck in the 14th minute of play. Winksele 2016's Sem Severens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abilio Rieta in the 21st minute of play. Jan-Simon Van Hemel hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abilio Rieta in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sem Severens saved Winksele 2016 from getting behind. Sem Severens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abilio Rieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Peter Limia kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Jerold Iturcha's late challenge caught a Winksele 2016's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerold Iturcha helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, MANIACOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerold Iturcha to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abilio Rieta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in MANIACOS's zone, Claude Van Dijck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rito Vasquez came out of the goal and Claude Van Dijck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Carrizo in the 52nd minute of play forced Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Sem Severens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MANIACOS were furious when Vitoria Eradi was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 58 played minutes MANIACOS got a freekick which was hit by Vitoria Eradi. In the 59th minute, Wannes Louckx sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and MANIACOS's Rito Vasquez didn't even have to move. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Abilio Rieta sped through Winksele 2016's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sem Severens. If Hector Carrizo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Vaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Sem Severens made a huge save. Sem Severens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abilio Rieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MANIACOS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
