In the 3rd minute, Richard Raeymakers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 4 minutes, Elias Ripoll made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Winksele 2016's Sem Severens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Les diables noirs's Sam Bertholet slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sem Severens. That made the score 2-0 after 7 minutes of play. In the 18th minute, Oscar Carrière made a precise shot to the right of Sem Severens. Winksele 2016's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 22 minutes, Claude Van Dijck made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Les diables noirs's Martial Laude tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan-Simon Van Hemel struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Martial Laude didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winksele 2016. Wannes Louckx's late challenge caught a Les diables noirs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wannes Louckx helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Winksele 2016 got a freekick which was hit by Wannes Louckx. Winksele 2016's Sem Severens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Vauzelle in the 33rd minute of play. Winksele 2016's Jannis Preuveneer suffered a sore thigh after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sam Bertholet during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th minute, Sam Bertholet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sem Severens came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Les diables noirs's Mario Vauzelle. But to his dismay, Mario Vauzelle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 42nd minute, Gilbert Mathijs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Vauzelle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Sem Severens made a huge save. Oscar Carrière received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Sem Severens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Joaquim Poly fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Les diables noirs's protests and gave Joaquim Poly a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Les diables noirs fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! Wannes Louckx walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan-Simon Van Hemel to strike the kick off in the second half. David Aelgoet charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Aelgoet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Winksele 2016's David Aelgoet got a free kick in the 61st minute. When Oscar Carrière fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Les diables noirs's protests and gave Oscar Carrière a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, Les diables noirs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Carrière to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the game, Les diables noirs's Mario Vauzelle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sem Severens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Bertholet in the 71st minute of play forced Winksele 2016's goalkeeper Sem Severens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sem Severens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Ripoll in the 73rd minute of the match. After 75 minutes of play, Les diables noirs's Sam Bertholet made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sem Severens was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan-Simon Van Hemel got free with Martial Laude in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sem Severens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Carrière, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The audience was convinced that Sam Bertholet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sem Severens was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Sem Severens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Vauzelle went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Jan-Simon Van Hemel came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Martial Laude could save by the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Mario Vauzelle notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Winksele 2016's Sem Severens. Sem Severens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the Les diables noirs players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
