The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armand Boissin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Hector Jacquier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stade Ygossais fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Valérien Jouglet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Daems, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 93 minutes, Cédric Louison mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stade Ygossais and the FC Gullegem players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Cédric Louison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over FC Gullegem could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Stade Ygossais throughout the match.
