Mina Felina scored 4-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ştefan Gârniceanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maria Socorro was the one to do the kick off. Ştefan Gârniceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anísio Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes Miau Stars got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Pontes. 77 minutes into the match, FC Lutanu's goal looked a bit too open when Maria Socorro came free, but Ştefan Gârniceanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Lutanu defense, Mina Felina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ştefan Gârniceanu. The FC Lutanu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ştefan Gârniceanu should have stopped the shot. Miau Stars were furious when Valdir Alcântara was red carded, 81 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave FC Lutanu a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ferdinand Gruia, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Miau Stars's Edu Prata. 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Miau Stars had won after a very even match.
