Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Silveira to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Fc S.Zaharesti's zone, Luís Fabiano Palmeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantin Aluneanu came out of the goal and Luís Fabiano Palmeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fc S.Zaharesti had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
