Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Plácido Abeliuk took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 minutes of play, Wolf Team AC's Plácido Abeliuk made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melquiades Tancredo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute, Plácido Abeliuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wolf Team AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Melquiades Tancredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Cuadrado in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Wolf Team AC booed when Las Momias F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Emesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Las Momias F. C.'s zone, Plácido Abeliuk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Tancredo came out of the goal and Plácido Abeliuk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Nazario Del Campo in the 28th minute of play forced Las Momias F. C.'s goalkeeper Melquiades Tancredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Soter hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Plácido Abeliuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Tancredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Tancredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moncho Bonomelli in the 36th minute of play. Wolf Team AC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Blas Lidon scored to the left of an out of position Ezequiel Amthauer, making the score, 1-2. Bonifacio Emesto kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Las Momias F. C.'s zone, Magdaleno Zammit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Tancredo came out of the goal and Magdaleno Zammit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Lidon was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Moncho Bonomelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Tancredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Wolf Team AC booed when Las Momias F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Soter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Las Momias F. C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Plácido Abeliuk scored to the left of an out of position Melquiades Tancredo, making the score, 1-3. Angelo Aimar hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Moncho Bonomelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Tancredo having to interfere. After 60 minutes, Moncho Bonomelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolf Team AC and the Las Momias F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Wolf Team AC got a freekick which was hit by Moncho Bonomelli. Wolf Team AC's Ezequiel Amthauer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Tabby in the 65th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Robert Vizcaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Las Momias F. C.'s Blas Lidon got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Plácido Abeliuks short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Melquiades Tancredo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 76th minute, one of Las Momias F. C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Las Momias F. C.. Plácido Abeliuk's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Melquiades Tancredo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Melquiades Tancredo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Plácido Abeliuk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 87 minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Jesus Tabby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Las Momias F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolf Team AC the free kick. In the 92nd match minute, Las Momias F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Tabby to maneuver through the defense. The Wolf Team AC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Wolf Team AC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
