The Thunderstorm Riders fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 5 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Bogumil Trzaskoma came free, but Jon Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute Ziemowit Logewnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Matsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ziemowit Logewnik's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jon Matsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. 16 minutes into the game, Mikolaj Zbydniowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jon Matsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Zbydniowski in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Nykvarn got a freekick which was hit by Pontus Tunström. In the 21st minute, Bengt-Rune Jakobsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Nykvarn's zone, Kazimierz Serwach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Matsson came out of the goal and Kazimierz Serwach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Ziemowit Logewnik reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jon Matsson. The goal made the score 3-0. Jon Matsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radomil Pysz in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes, Edmund Przybyciel made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Nykvarn's Jon Matsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th match minute, Nykvarn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Erserman to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Przybyciel came free, but Jon Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ziemowit Logewnik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Jon Matsson made a huge save. After 38 minutes of play, Thunderstorm Riders's Radomil Pysz made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jon Matsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the game, Edmund Przybyciel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Jon Matsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jon Matsson was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Bogumil Trzaskoma capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bogumil Trzaskoma really showed his touch with that goal: 7-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Erserman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Nykvarn got a freekick which was hit by Dan Blanck. Jon Matsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ziemowit Logewnik's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Bogumil Trzaskoma came free, but Jon Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Pysz came free, but Jon Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jedrzej Gdaniec charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Nykvarn booed when Thunderstorm Riders was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jedrzej Gdaniec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nykvarn's Jon Matsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Pysz in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Mikolaj Zbydniowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Matsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 65 minutes into the match, Bogumil Trzaskoma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jon Matsson. Nykvarn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogumil Trzaskoma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. 68 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Mikolaj Zbydniowski came free, but Jon Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Mikolaj Zbydniowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Matsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Edmund Przybyciel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thunderstorm Riders's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Przybyciel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jon Matsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 73 played minutes Nykvarn got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Jakobsson. After 75 played minutes, Thunderstorm Riders's Kazimierz Serwach shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jon Matsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Thunderstorm Riders reached it. Jon Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Przybyciel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ziemowit Logewnik in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jon Matsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 83rd minute, Edmund Przybyciel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Matsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. 86 minutes into the match, Ziemowit Logewnik notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Nykvarn's Jon Matsson. Jon Matsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 90 minutes into the game, one of Nykvarn:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jon Matsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziemowit Logewnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When Jedrzej Gdaniec came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Thunderstorm Riders fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jedrzej Gdaniec couldn't finish the play. Thunderstorm Riders's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
