The supporters of Buenaventura FC booed when Machine Gun Kelly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Procopio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Txeru took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Oberto. Jorge Oberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 22 played minutes Buenaventura FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Bermudez. After 28 played minutes Buenaventura FC got a freekick which was hit by Franklin Zambrano. Cipriano Olivar struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Jorge Oberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Machine Gun Kelly. Machine Gun Kelly made a substitution. Domingos Peter replaced Cipriano Olivar. 37 minutes in the game, Franklin Zambrano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ramiro Gagriel having to interfere. Jorge Oberto came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Machine Gun Kelly's Hugo Txeru. But to his dismay, Hugo Txeru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 48th minute, Domingos Peter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Machine Gun Kelly fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After the first half Machine Gun Kelly were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Franklin Zambrano to strike the kick off in the second half. 61 minutes into the match, Domingos Peter notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Buenaventura FC's Jorge Oberto. Jorge Oberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 65 minutes into the match, Buenaventura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Peter came free, but Jorge Oberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Oberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingos Peter in the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Buenaventura FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Cheito Dely hit a great ball. Evaristo Gaufred recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Txeru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jorge Oberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Peter was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 100th minute. Machine Gun Kelly's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the final whistle sounded Machine Gun Kelly left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Buenaventura FC.
