Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jeronimo Domina kicked off to start the match. Gordioro Futbol Club's Maximino Orkatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Ubarna in the 3rd minute of play. Gordioro Futbol Club's Maximino Orkatz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Gordioro Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute Jeronimo Domina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Club Atlético Unión booed when Gordioro Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Laffitte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeronimo Domina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Maximino Orkatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timoteo Senin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Ilixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Americo Ilixo fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gordioro Futbol Club's protests and gave Americo Ilixo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Americo Ilixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gordioro Futbol Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Ulises Olivar scored to the left of an out of position Maximino Orkatz, making the score, 1-0. In the 23rd minute Domingo Ubarna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Orkatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Constancio kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Gordioro Futbol Club booed when Club Atlético Unión was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Ubarna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingo Ubarna took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Orkatz. Maximino Orkatz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Americo Ilixo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Timoteo Senin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gordioro Futbol Club. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leopoldo Constancio to strike the kick off in the second half. Gordioro Futbol Club's Maximino Orkatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Huly in the 55th minute of play. Maximino Orkatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Olivar, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Maximino Orkatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Domina in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Gordioro Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Gaxan to maneuver through the defense. Benicio Mon hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Maximino Orkatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Maximino Orkatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Ubarna in the 74th minute of the match. When Benicio Mon fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gordioro Futbol Club's protests and gave Benicio Mon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Benicio Mon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Oscar Huly had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximino Orkatz. Gordioro Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Huly was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When Oscar Huly came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Club Atlético Unión fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Huly couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Club Atlético Unión players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
