In the 19thth minute of the game Edmund Ström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 成都漫步者队's 黄博振 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 黄博振 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agne Ambjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 陈勇岚's late challenge caught a Average Joes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 陈勇岚 helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes 成都漫步者队 got a freekick which was hit by 陈勇岚. After 26 played minutes 成都漫步者队 got a freekick which was hit by 武誉斐. Average Joes's Jerry Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 成都漫步者队's 黄博振 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Ahlroth in the 36th minute of play. 黄博振 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agne Ambjörnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Ahlroth in the 41st minute of play forced 成都漫步者队's goalkeeper 黄博振 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 黄博振 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agne Ambjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agne Ambjörnsson was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Edmund Ström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 黄博振. Edmund Ström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Patric Ståhlberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but 黄博振 made a huge save. After 64 played minutes 成都漫步者队 got a freekick which was hit by 武誉斐. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerry Ström in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 黄博振 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Agne Ambjörnsson let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 68th minute shot 1-5 at rihgt post. Average Joes's Jack Westerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武誉斐 in the 73rd minute of play. When Agne Ambjörnsson came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Average Joes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agne Ambjörnsson couldn't finish the play. 成都漫步者队's 黄博振 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Ström in the 86th minute of play. Agne Ambjörnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but 黄博振 made a huge save. In the 96th minute of the match, Agne Ambjörnsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but 黄博振 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match was over Average Joes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than 成都漫步者队 throughout the match.
