Cristian Fidencio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Constantino Paublo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Siro Sergi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantino Paublo. Candelaria FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Siro Sergi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Siro Sergi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th match minute, Candelaria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Barros to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute of the match, Cristian Fidencio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Constantino Paublo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Constantino Paublo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Cristian Fidencio sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the game, Siro Sergi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gonzalito de PuertoMadryn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candelaria FC the free kick. After 42 played minutes Gonzalito de PuertoMadryn got a freekick which was hit by Siro Sergi. In the 44th minute Donato Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Umea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Abadie kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Donato Elazar made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Fidencio in the 51st minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Constantino Paublo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantino Paublo came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gonzalito de PuertoMadryn's Cristian Fidencio. But to his dismay, Cristian Fidencio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Constantino Paublo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Fidencio in the 61st minute of the match. Cristian Fidencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Candelaria FC's Dionisio Santiago was substituted for Norberto Tanio. Roman Barros was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Donato Elazar's late challenge caught a Gonzalito de PuertoMadryn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Elazar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Candelaria FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Donato Elazar hit a great ball. Constantino Paublo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Fidencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, Gonzalito de PuertoMadryn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Fidencio to maneuver through the defense. In the 95thth minute of the game Donato Elazar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gonzalito de PuertoMadryn's Amador Umea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Candelaria FC's Donato Elazar in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gonzalito de PuertoMadryn's goalie prevented a goal. Gonzalito de PuertoMadryn's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
