The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jarbas Pombal made a kick off. In the 55th minute Wiliam Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Jakes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarbas Pombal in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe de Souza came free, but Victor Jakes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Tomás Txanton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Defensores del Albinegro's Victor Jakes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Augusto Moura in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Jarbas Pombal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Jakes was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor Jakes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 4-0 became the score in the 81st minute when Jarbas Pombal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 84th minute Jarbas Pombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Txanton kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Jarbas Pombal made a precise shot to the right of Victor Jakes. Defensores del Albinegro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. There was no doubt that Reko-Recko 03™ were the better team. Reko-Recko 03™'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
