Spectators: 7468 (Terracing: 5602, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Elivélton Berger kicked off to start the match. Charles Knapp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Charles Knapp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Severo in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Scotty Haynes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cascade Park West fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a little luck, Cascade Park West's Charles Knapp got control of the ball when Elivélton Berger tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute Scotty Haynes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frédson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guto Loureiro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. Itajaí Football Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 31 minutes into the game, Elivélton Berger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Charles Knapp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Charles Knapp managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Itajaí Football Club's Silvinho Furtado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Cascade Park West's zone, Elivélton Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Knapp came out of the goal and Elivélton Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Silvinho Furtado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itajaí Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Itajaí Football Club getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Juarês Gerber hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes Cascade Park West got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Blackburn. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elivélton Berger in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Knapp saved Cascade Park West from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Scotty Haynes made the kick off in the second half. Charles Knapp came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Itajaí Football Club's Elivélton Berger. But to his dismay, Elivélton Berger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvinho Furtado in the 58th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Charles Knapp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Itajaí Football Club's Frédson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scotty Haynes in the 63rd minute of play. Charles Knapp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Furtado in the 70th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ezra Yoder during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ezra Yoder hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute Guto Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Knapp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Knapp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elivélton Berger in the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Guto Loureiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Charles Knapp. Cascade Park West's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guto Loureiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. When Elivélton Berger came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Itajaí Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elivélton Berger couldn't finish the play. Charles Knapp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elivélton Berger in the 95th minute of the match. Charles Knapp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guto Loureiro in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Itajaí Football Club fully deserved thier win.
