After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Francisco de Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco de Carvalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iuri Arruda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute Belmiro Pombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Fred Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Christiano Valladares fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mitnarotov FC's protests and gave Christiano Valladares a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Christiano Valladares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iuri Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Pombal, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Belmiro Pombal scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iuri Arruda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Belmiro Pombal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TRICOSHOW F.CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Nelsinho Xavier's late challenge caught a Mitnarotov FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nelsinho Xavier helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes TRICOSHOW F.CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Nelsinho Xavier. Belmiro Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Iuri Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Francisco de Carvalho notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Mitnarotov FC's Iuri Arruda. Iuri Arruda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Belmiro Pombal to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Belmiro Pombal took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Iuri Arruda to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Pires in the 62nd minute of play forced Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper Iuri Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of TRICOSHOW F.CLUB booed when Mitnarotov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mitnarotov FC's zone, Belmiro Pombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iuri Arruda came out of the goal and Belmiro Pombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, one of Mitnarotov FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mitnarotov FC. Iuri Arruda had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Francisco de Carvalho's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Iuri Arruda was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Claudinho Valle. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmiro Pombal in the 75th minute of play forced Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper Iuri Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Miguel Pires had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iuri Arruda. Mitnarotov FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Pires was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Christiano Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Miguel Pires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded TRICOSHOW F.CLUB left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mitnarotov FC.
