Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Camilo Phelipe got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Vasqueiro FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Constantino Ricart fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Vasqueiro FC's zone, Camilo Phelipe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Paulista came out of the goal and Camilo Phelipe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantino Ricart in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Paulista saved Vasqueiro FC from getting behind. The supporters of Tiburones Pacufantásticos booed when Vasqueiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio Veiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Constantino Ricart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Constantino Ricart's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Luís Paulista skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julio Gasteiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luís Paulista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Ricart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Ricarts short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Luís Paulista to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Camilo Phelipe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Paulista was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Julio Gasteiz charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Luís Paulista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Ricart, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Constantino Ricart in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Paulista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the game, Enio Veiga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vasqueiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiburones Pacufantásticos the free kick. A collision led to Vasqueiro FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Enio Veiga hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Constantino Ricart put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Paulista. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Phelipe in the 68th minute of play forced Vasqueiro FC's goalkeeper Luís Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the game, one of Vasqueiro FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 76 minutes into the match, Vasqueiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Jobo came free, but Luís Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Florencio Jobo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Paulista was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 88th minute Florencio Jobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tiburones Pacufantásticos had played much better football throughout.
