Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Charles Simões started the match with the kick off. Edward van Asten walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Charles Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Giovanni Braamhaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Simões in the 16th minute of play forced SCARFACE's goalkeeper Giovanni Braamhaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Carsten Wielaert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudinei Leite. Squadra Demarchi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carsten Wielaert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Toni Zwarthoet sped through Squadra Demarchi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claudinei Leite. Dorival Araújo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Squadra Demarchi's goal looked a bit too open when Jurgen Ottens came free, but Claudinei Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Jurgen Ottens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Squadra Demarchi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmyr Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Toni Zwarthoet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudinei Leite. Squadra Demarchi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toni Zwarthoet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 41st minute Jurgen Ottens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giovanni Braamhaar came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra Demarchi's Hermínio Maia. But to his dismay, Hermínio Maia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After the first half SCARFACE were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edward van Asten made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Squadra Demarchi got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Andrade. Thanks to some nice moves Edward van Asten could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Claudinei Leite however easily saved by the left post. In the 57th minute Jurgen Ottens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jordi Bömker hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Claudinei Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordi Bömker in the 61st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, SCARFACE's Claudinei Leite threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jordi Bömker, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Squadra Demarchi's Charles Simões got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the game, Squadra Demarchi's Hermínio Maia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovanni Braamhaar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Charles Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Braamhaar having to interfere. Giovanni Braamhaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Giovanni Braamhaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Simões in the 84th minute of play. With 85 minutes on the clock, Dorival Araújo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. SCARFACE's Jouke Boon got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Squadra Demarchi getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Bruno Matorin hit a great ball. Rob Kielstra made in the 92nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jurgen Ottens immediately put the ball in play. 93 minutes into the match, Squadra Demarchi's goal looked a bit too open when Jurgen Ottens came free, but Claudinei Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinei Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurgen Ottens in the 96th minute of the match. SCARFACE's Edward van Asten got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
