The supporters of ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ booed when Shiba & Doge Club™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nélson Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Diómedes Rodriguez in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Shiba & Doge Club™'s goalie prevented a goal. Diómedes Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Idalécio Rego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flávio Perdigão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reinaldo Ramos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Valdemar Vigário hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 14 played minutes, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Jaime Calderón shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Idalécio Rego came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ reached it. After a rather tough play, Shiba & Doge Club™'s Sabino Araújo got a free kick in the 15th minute. Shiba & Doge Club™'s Idalécio Rego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Centella in the 18th minute of play. If Beto Centella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Veríssimo Rios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24thth minute of the game Flávio Perdigão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Reinaldo Ramos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Albérico Santarém's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reinaldo Ramos was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Shiba & Doge Club™'s Reinaldo Ramos threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Flávio Perdigão, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Flávio Perdigão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reinaldo Ramos was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Jonathan De Diego kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Veríssimo Rios got free with Reinaldo Ramos in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shiba & Doge Club™'s Idalécio Rego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diómedes Rodriguez in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Flávio Perdigão notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Reinaldo Ramos. Reinaldo Ramos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute of the match, Veríssimo Rios got a very nice opportunity to score, but Reinaldo Ramos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jaime Calderón kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Jonathan De Diego hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Reinaldo Ramos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Veríssimo Rios went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flávio Perdigão stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Idalécio Rego was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Diómedes Rodriguez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 54 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Flávio Perdigão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reinaldo Ramos was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Valdemar Vigário got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valdemar Vigário's late challenge caught a ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valdemar Vigário helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Valdemar Vigário hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 67 played minutes ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ got a freekick which was hit by Felix De Diego. After having played for 70 minutes, Veríssimo Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shiba & Doge Club™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Veríssimo Rios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Veríssimo Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reinaldo Ramos having to make a save. Reinaldo Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Veríssimo Rios in the 74th minute of play. When Shiba & Doge Club™'s Albérico Santarém in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ivan Prada took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Reinaldo Ramos. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Reinaldo Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio Perdigão, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Sabino Araújo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Julio Gomez got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 96th minute, Flávio Perdigão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reinaldo Ramos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Shiba & Doge Club™ fully deserved thier win.
