Berserkers FC Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Lordi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Petruescu in the 9th minute of play forced Berserkers FC Ψ's goalkeeper Ulises Etor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11 minutes, Hipolito Nerio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Berserkers FC Ψ and the Champions Iasi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hipolito Nerio kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ulises Etor made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Adam Ghimiș sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Lordi in the 18th minute of play forced Champions Iasi's goalkeeper Cristinel Alexe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Răzvan Postolache dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ulises Etor, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Petruescu in the 41st minute of play forced Berserkers FC Ψ's goalkeeper Ulises Etor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hipolito Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Arias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristinel Alexe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amancio Lordi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Simon Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristinel Alexe having to interfere. In the 54th minute Hipolito Nerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Alexe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Silvestre Cristofor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th match minute, Berserkers FC Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Ponc to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Champions Iasi's Leonard Cozma got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Berserkers FC Ψ's Amancio Lordi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 80th minute, Leonard Cozma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristinel Alexe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hipolito Nerio. After having played for 84 minutes, Răzvan Postolache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Champions Iasi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Răzvan Postolache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Adam Ghimiș ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulises Etor was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Ionuț Predescu fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Champions Iasi's protests and gave Ionuț Predescu a yellow card for diving instead. Ionuț Predescu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Amancio Lordi struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Cristinel Alexe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berserkers FC Ψ. There was no doubt that Champions Iasi were the better team. Champions Iasi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
