Maicon Guimarães started the match with the kick off. Arnoldo Escobedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maicon Guimarães in the 3rd minute of play. Samuca Cunha was a little too slow when Johnnie Gould got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some careless play in the Brooklyn SC defense, Rafinha Camargo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnoldo Escobedo. The Brooklyn SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnoldo Escobedo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Brooklyn SC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Pascal Dailey hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Cristopher Saenz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Escobedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Guimarães in the 33rd minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Escobedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Samuca Cunha got control of the ball when Johnnie Gould tried to sneak it across the goal line. Samuca Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristopher Saenz in the 36th minute of play. Adelino Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Cristopher Saenz made a precise shot to the right of Samuca Cunha. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 44th match minute, DIPLOMATA FC PAB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Carioca to maneuver through the defense. If Pascal Dailey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristopher Saenz was the one to do the kick off. Maicon Guimarães was extremely unlucky when he, in the 58th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Arnoldo Escobedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Perez in the 60th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Maicon Guimarães came free, but Arnoldo Escobedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoldo Escobedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Perez in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, DIPLOMATA FC PAB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doriva Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, Brooklyn SC's Johnnie Gould nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 88th minute Rafinha Camargo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Escobedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Chandler to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes Brooklyn SC got a freekick which was hit by Junior Sewell. Brooklyn SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
