The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Prudencio Bermund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Paio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervasio Leguizamón couldn't finish the play. Fermin Paio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Tymoteusz Bialakowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
