The referee ignored FK Eldema Mstišov's protests and gave Miroslav Korbel a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FK Eldema Mstišov's Miroslav Korbel got a free kick in the 2nd minute. With a little luck, FK Eldema Mstišov's René Škvor got control of the ball when Morten Sundseth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Åsnes were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after FK Eldema Mstišov's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jack Huse took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Kim Alnes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. David Reitan in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of René Škvor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kim Alnes got free with René Škvor in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 minutes, Alex Adamík mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Eldema Mstišov and the Åsnes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FK Eldema Mstišov's Alex Adamík got a free kick in the 12th minute. Fredrik Hebnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without René Škvor having to interfere. Rastislav Snopek struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Christoffer Jørgensen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Eldema Mstišov. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ådne Ottersen got free with René Škvor in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otta Ferko in the 22nd minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Christoffer Jørgensen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, FK Eldema Mstišov's goalkeeper René Škvor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kim Alnes. In the 29th match minute, Åsnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ådne Ottersen to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes FK Eldema Mstišov got a freekick which was hit by Otta Ferko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otta Ferko in the 32nd minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Christoffer Jørgensen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Eldema Mstišov's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Ådne Ottersen scored to the left of an out of position René Škvor, making the score, 1-0. FK Eldema Mstišov's René Škvor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save FK Eldema Mstišov from getting a goal against them. René Škvor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morten Sundseth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pavel Klos hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jack Huse got free with René Škvor in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute, Jon-Egil Gjelsvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Reitans short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got René Škvor to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kim Alnes was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of FK Eldema Mstišov booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Zahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. René Škvor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Ødegaard in the 56th minute of the match. After some careless play in the FK Eldema Mstišov defense, Morten Sundseth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of René Škvor. The FK Eldema Mstišov fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that René Škvor should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kim Alnes in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg René Škvor saved FK Eldema Mstišov from getting behind. Dušan Kočí hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A collision led to Åsnes getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Fredrik Hebnes hit a great ball. Dan Ødegaard took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised René Škvor. René Škvor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 72 played minutes FK Eldema Mstišov got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Klos. Åsnes's Christoffer Jørgensen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otta Ferko in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Alnes in the 79th minute of play forced FK Eldema Mstišov's goalkeeper René Škvor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. René Škvor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morten Sundseth in the 80th minute of the match. If Rastislav Snopek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kim Alnes scored 4-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of René Škvor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Åsnes fans cheered their team off the field, for while FK Eldema Mstišov had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
