Lars-Erik Ivarsson in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonah Peck, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Lars-Erik Ivarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars-Erik Ivarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jonah Peck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's Rudolph Thurman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mattias Asserlind narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kermit DeJesus in the 24th minute of play forced Kingpins's goalkeeper Mattias Asserlind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Modig's late challenge caught a El Canalla de Chicago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ove Modig helped the player get up and apologised. Ove Modig hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Monty Stout shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Asserlind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Kingpins's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Stout came free, but Mattias Asserlind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Kingpins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Rönn to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Julian Corcoran. A collision led to Kingpins getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ove Modig hit a great ball. Kingpins's Mattias Asserlind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Uribe in the 46th minute of play. Clark Lindsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Mattias Asserlind tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 53rd minute James Uribe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Asserlind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mattias Asserlind made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clark Lindsey in the 58th minute. Sven-Ove Fernkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jonah Peck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Canalla de Chicago's Bernie Rosales was substituted for Rudolph Thurman. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clark Lindsey got free with Mattias Asserlind in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of El Canalla de Chicago booed when Kingpins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torgny Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kingpins's Mattias Asserlind proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Kingpins from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Kingpins's goal looked a bit too open when Clark Lindsey came free, but Mattias Asserlind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonah Peck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Ove Fernkvist in the 77th minute of play. Clark Lindsey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. El Canalla de Chicago made a substitution. Craig Rhoades replaced James Uribe. The supporters of Kingpins booed when El Canalla de Chicago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Monty Stout didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Charles Lenberg sped through El Canalla de Chicago's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonah Peck. 93 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Ivarsson came free, but Jonah Peck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Craig Rhoades had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kingpins's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
