The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cyryl Kossakowski kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Romário Borges shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boleslaw Domin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karol Smolarek hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th match minute, Twierdza Wroclaw was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wlodzimierz Frenzel to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the game, Cyryl Kossakowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Twierdza Wroclaw's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Compostela FSCMZ the free kick. Romário Borges shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Leszek Wysocki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Almir Faria having to make a save. If Carlos da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Quintal struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Boleslaw Domin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Compostela FSCMZ. After a rather tough play, Twierdza Wroclaw's Ziemowit Grajewski got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 56 played minutes Twierdza Wroclaw got a freekick which was hit by Wlodzimierz Frenzel. If Richard Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 minutes of play, Twierdza Wroclaw's Leszek Wysocki made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Almir Faria was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th match minute, Compostela FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Quintal to maneuver through the defense. Compostela FSCMZ's Almir Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leszek Wysocki in the 77th minute of play. Ziemowit Grajewski kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Compostela FSCMZ booed when Twierdza Wroclaw was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ziemowit Grajewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wlodzimierz Frenzel charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wlodzimierz Frenzel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Twierdza Wroclaw's Wlodzimierz Frenzel got a free kick in the 88th minute. Compostela FSCMZ were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
