La Banda del Tinto's Generoso Nabar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svetozar Popchev in the 4th minute of play. After 9 played minutes THE CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Marco Verratti. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Pancho in the 14th minute of play forced THE CLUB's goalkeeper Francesco Toldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When THE CLUB's Svetozar Popchev in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 31 played minutes La Banda del Tinto got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Pancho. Francesco Toldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Harriet in the 32nd minute of the match. Svetozar Popchev's late challenge caught a La Banda del Tinto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Svetozar Popchev helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Svetozar Popchev hit a great ball. With 40 minutes on the clock, Wilfredo Pabla commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. La Banda del Tinto:s Generoso Nabar showed great skill when he stopped Vangel Yurukov:s penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celso Harriet to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ganyo Semerdzhiev hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, THE CLUB's Teodosi Baydanov got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 57 played minutes La Banda del Tinto got a freekick which was hit by Mario Beremundo. Danail Mladzhov hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Celso Harriet took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Francesco Toldo to make any attempt to save it. Generoso Nabar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svetozar Popchev in the 73rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vangel Yurukov during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th match minute, THE CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vangel Yurukov to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute Justino Chus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Toldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute Danail Mladzhov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Nabar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Svetozar Popchev's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. 89 minutes into the match, La Banda del Tinto's goal looked a bit too open when Svetozar Popchev came free, but Generoso Nabar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svetozar Popchev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, THE CLUB's Danail Mladzhov got a free kick in the 94th minute.
