In a very dangerous position, a player in Blåränderna fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! Olof Bergren had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Fellipe de Lima's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Blåränderna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Björnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Blåränderna's zone, Murilo Mazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olof Bergren came out of the goal and Murilo Mazza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fellipe de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Bergren having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Mazza in the 21st minute of play forced Blåränderna's goalkeeper Olof Bergren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Angelo Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olof Bergren came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Barrenta SC's Remo Falcão. But to his dismay, Remo Falcão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jens-Erik Vallengren to make the kick off. Björn Björnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Jens-Erik Vallengren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Allan Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blåränderna's Olof Bergren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fellipe de Lima in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barrenta SC's Murilo Mazza got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Allan Félix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jens-Erik Vallengren's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Olof Bergren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olof Bergren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remo Falcão in the 71st minute. Remo Falcão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Bergren having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murilo Mazza got free with Olof Bergren in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute, Fellipe de Lima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barrenta SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Remo Falcão came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Olof Bergren could save by the left post. Olof Bergren made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Fellipe de Lima sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Blåränderna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Heggert didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Barrenta SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Blåränderna.
