An unexpectedly hard shot by 武国天 in the 28th minute of play forced Berutti FC's goalkeeper Fausto Argider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute 任翀邦 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Argider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 庄昆勇's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Argider read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 武国天 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Berutti FC booed when 上海卢湾飞箭代表队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. 庄昆勇 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute of the match Javier Cresconio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 袁延亮 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Serafin James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 袁延亮 having to interfere. The Berutti FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching 上海卢湾飞箭代表队's performance. The match ended with a win for 上海卢湾飞箭代表队.
