Ilko Vúrlakov's late challenge caught a FC Steaua Pildesti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilko Vúrlakov helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to VN BAKITO getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ilko Vúrlakov hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Steaua Pildesti's George Bidulescu got a free kick in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dinu Vrânceanu got free with Stavri Minovski in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoil Mechinov in the 25th minute of play forced FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper Luca Corcoveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stavri Minovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Roşu in the 28th minute of play. Traian Roşu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stavri Minovski having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Traian Roşu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stavri Minovski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Moise Irod kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Zdravko Karayonchev hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Adam Buș took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Stavri Minovski. VN BAKITO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Luca Corcoveanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stoyne Derlipanski, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Răzvan Petrescu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. If Stoyadin Axentiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Corcoveanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stoil Mechinov in the 63rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Stoyadin Axentiev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luca Corcoveanu. That made the score 1-2 in the 66 minute of play. In the 68th minute, Zdravko Karayonchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Steaua Pildesti's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Stoyadin Axentiev scored to the left of an out of position Luca Corcoveanu, making the score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoyadin Axentiev in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper Luca Corcoveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Steaua Pildesti's Marius Cănănău got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Zdravko Karayonchev charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zdravko Karayonchev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zdravko Karayonchev hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. VN BAKITO's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
