Gösta Mattsson scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Miro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Ripa FC's Martin Miro got control of the ball when Gösta Mattsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8th minute, Kent Vidman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Miro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Eloy Jeraldo charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eloy Jeraldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Al-Slottshöjden booed when Ripa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Jeraldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gösta Mattsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gösta Mattsson in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Martin Miro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Askberg in the 28th minute of play forced Ripa FC's goalkeeper Martin Miro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gösta Mattsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Conny Skarkman's late challenge caught a Ripa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conny Skarkman helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Al-Slottshöjden getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Conny Skarkman hit a great ball. After 55 played minutes Ripa FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Mero. Martin Miro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Mattsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conny Skarkman hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Ripa FC's Eloy Jeraldo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eddie Arvidsson. Eddie Arvidsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. After 64 minutes, Åke Askberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Al-Slottshöjden and the Ripa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Al-Slottshöjden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Askberg to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eloy Jeraldo got free with Eddie Arvidsson in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Miro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Al-Slottshöjden. Luis Celio hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Åke Askberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Askberg hit a great ball. In the 97th match minute, Ripa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Quinten to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Gustaf Eklund in the 98th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Martin Miro's left hand side. Al-Slottshöjden were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ripa FC for a fine match.
