A collision led to Black Knights FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Dan Riggs hit a great ball. Martin Miro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norbert Mathews in the 30th minute. In the 39th minute Norbert Mathews shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Miro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dan Riggs fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Black Knights FC's protests and gave Dan Riggs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Antoine Burrell reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Martin Miro. The goal made the score 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Generoso Florin helped the player get up and apologised. Generoso Florin hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Dan Riggs kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Black Knights FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ripa FC for a fine match.
