FC Acatar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonardo Ogden was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to American Airlines getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Claudio Gates hit a great ball. Martin Stelaru made a great header on FC Acatar's corner, it was just that American Airlines's Vern McAllister managed to reach the ball for a save. If Claudio Gates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remus Pinches's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Vern McAllister skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cory Ludwig charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cory Ludwig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to American Airlines getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Cory Ludwig hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Remus Pinches ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vern McAllister was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Leonardo Ogden kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. If Claudiu Iuzbașa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Martin Stelaru in the 39th minute really tested Vern McAllister's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bradley Cerna during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Bradley Cerna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC Acatar's Martin Stelaru got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Cory Ludwig took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Răzvan Bosioc. FC Acatar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Ogden made a kick off. When Iustinian Niță fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Acatar's protests and gave Iustinian Niță a yellow card for diving instead. Iustinian Niță hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. When Cory Ludwig came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the American Airlines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cory Ludwig couldn't finish the play. After 55 played minutes FC Acatar got a freekick which was hit by Remus Pinches. 58 minutes into the game, Martin Stelaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Acatar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave American Airlines the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Acatar's Martin Stelaru got a free kick in the 58th minute. Iordache Sucigan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Vern McAllister tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Ogden hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. FC Acatar were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after American Airlines's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Martin Stelaru took the corner. FC Acatar's Martin Stelaru was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vern McAllister in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Leonardo Ogden came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the American Airlines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Ogden couldn't finish the play. American Airlines's Leonardo Ogden was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 71st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Cory Ludwig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Răzvan Bosioc made a huge save. Remus Pinches sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Ogden in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Răzvan Bosioc, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. American Airlines's Cory Ludwig got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cory Ludwig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Răzvan Bosioc having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, FC Acatar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Traian Giurgiu to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 94 minutes, Cory Ludwig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. American Airlines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cory Ludwig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded American Airlines left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Acatar.
