The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Apolo Tristan came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Valleslona F.C.'s Arturo Cortes. But to his dismay, Arturo Cortes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Valleslona F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Refugio came free, but Epifanio Olle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Refugio got free with Epifanio Olle in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes Valleslona F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Lluc Romero. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Cortes in the 28th minute of play forced MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Apolo Tristan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Olle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Demesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes Valleslona F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Musko Paris. When Victorio Kismi fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MDQ Raptors FC's protests and gave Victorio Kismi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to MDQ Raptors FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Victorio Kismi hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Onofre to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, MDQ Raptors FC's Marcos Onofre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Epifanio Olle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Valleslona F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ander Bargas in the 56th minute. Nico Willams was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Valleslona F.C. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Maurin Calvo hit a great ball. Arturo Cortes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Apolo Tristan made a huge save. MDQ Raptors FC's Evelio Cordarryl was substituted for Jeremias Policarpio. After 69 played minutes Valleslona F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Musko Paris. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Soin in the 70th minute of play forced Valleslona F.C.'s goalkeeper Epifanio Olle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valleslona F.C.'s Epifanio Olle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Refugio in the 75th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Valleslona F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Onofre came free, but Epifanio Olle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Musko Paris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Cortes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Apolo Tristan made a huge save. Epifanio Olle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Refugio in the 88th minute of the match. Valleslona F.C.'s Epifanio Olle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Refugio in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Valleslona F.C.'s Musko Paris seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Musko Paris the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Valleslona F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Musko Paris had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 95th minute, one of Valleslona F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Valleslona F.C.. Epifanio Olle had in the 98thth minute some difficulties stopping Marcos Onofre's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 3-1 came in the 98th minute when Marcos Onofre all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Epifanio Olle.
