Caballeritos del Baile's Eduardo Endura got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Vladimiro Bartoli put in a rough tackle. In the 12th match minute, Caballeritos del Baile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Bartoli to maneuver through the defense. Silvestre Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Etxahun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Argenis kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Humberto Etxahun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Florentino Veronica notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of River Plate ® 9-12's Adolfo Sandaili. Adolfo Sandaili was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adolfo Sandaili showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Endura, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Ortzi in the 26th minute of play forced Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Silvestre Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Caballeritos del Baile getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Filiberto Meder hit a great ball. Silvestre Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Ortzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florentino Veronica could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Adolfo Sandaili made a huge save. 35 minutes into the match, Caballeritos del Baile's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabé Madrid came free, but Silvestre Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Ortzi scored 1-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvestre Franco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Silvestre Franco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Argenis in the 44th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Endura made a kick off. If Bernabé Madrid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. River Plate ® 9-12's Andres Argenis got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Andres Argenis off the ground. Andres Argenis hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Caballeritos del Baile's Silvestre Franco got control of the ball when Humberto Etxahun tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Caballeritos del Baile booed when River Plate ® 9-12 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Saturnin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caballeritos del Baile's Leonides Tulio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for River Plate ® 9-12. 70 minutes into the game, Caballeritos del Baile's Eduardo Endura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolfo Sandaili made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Adolfo Sandaili stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaspar Berbiz's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Bernabé Madrid was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River Plate ® 9-12's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caballeritos del Baile the free kick. The supporters of Caballeritos del Baile booed when River Plate ® 9-12 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabé Madrid didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Endura in the 77th minute of play forced River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Adolfo Sandaili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florentino Veronica struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Adolfo Sandaili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caballeritos del Baile. In the 82nd minute, River Plate ® 9-12's Bernabé Madrid dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Eduardo Endura scored 3-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adolfo Sandaili, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Silvestre Franco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Humberto Etxahun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 93 minute of play. After having played for 96 minutes, Florentino Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caballeritos del Baile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Veronica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. River Plate ® 9-12's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
