Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gökalp Behram to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, AYYILDIZ's Gökalp Behram made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristian Fogel in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haldun Birtan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Degerfors IF's Algot Grönberg got a free kick in the 78th minute. If Torsten Kock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Torsten Kock came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Degerfors IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torsten Kock couldn't finish the play. In the 90th match minute, AYYILDIZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yıldırım Yaman to maneuver through the defense. Haldun Birtan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torsten Kock went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score.
