Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Joel Cresenciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvito Font in the 6th minute of play. Alfronso Candela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anier Balesio in the 10th minute. A collision led to UE Cornella getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Baldemer Fuster hit a great ball. Gabriel Gomez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Alfronso Candela made a huge save. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anier Balesio in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's corner Anier Balesio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alfronso Candela quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Guido Cordario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Cordario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfronso Candela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvito Font scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joel Cresenciano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Anier Balesio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of UE Cornella's Alfronso Candela. Alfronso Candela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the UE Cornella defense, Gabriel Gomez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfronso Candela. The UE Cornella fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfronso Candela should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvito Font in the 31st minute of play forced Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper Joel Cresenciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Enzo Trossero seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Enzo Trossero the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Resurrección Diabólica Ψ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Enzo Trossero had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Resurrección Diabólica Ψ! Resurrección Diabólica Ψ:s Joel Cresenciano showed great skill when he stopped Baldemer Fuster:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gitano Iniesta in the 43rd minute of play forced Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper Joel Cresenciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldemer Fuster kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.
The wind increased when Mauricio Araoz made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Anier Balesio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anier Balesio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Gitano Iniesta managed to get in a good position for a shot. UE Cornella's supporters rose to their feet, but Gitano Iniesta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Cresenciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th match minute, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Firmo to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the game, Salvador Peru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UE Cornella the free kick. Salvador Peru hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. When Baldemer Fuster fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UE Cornella's protests and gave Baldemer Fuster a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd minute, Baldemer Fuster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Cresenciano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gitano Iniesta went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Joel Cresenciano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Resurrección Diabólica Ψ from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute Mauricio Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfronso Candela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Mauricio Araoz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfronso Candela was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Resurrección Diabólica Ψ fans cheered their team off the field, for while UE Cornella had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
