In the 22nd minute, Vincent Janssen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Nerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Marino having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Unidad de Matanza's Gerardo Inko got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute Leo Nerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Nerio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Carmelo Marino made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abel Jerrold during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
