In the 9th minute Alfred Skirzynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Åke Vestlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, Hahay's Przemyslaw Ankiewicz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Per-Åke Vestlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Henrik Ferm hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 19 minutes, Alfred Skirzynski made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Söderbröder's Per-Åke Vestlund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Per-Åke Vestlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Noworolnik in the 26th minute of the match. Waldemar Karbowski hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Söderbröder's André Gerdberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hahay. With a little luck, Hahay's Zbyszek Pilipiec got control of the ball when Sören Kellberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Hahay were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfred Skirzynski was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Przemyslaw Ankiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rickard Drewitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the game, Przemyslaw Ankiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hahay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Söderbröder the free kick. Hahay's Zbyszek Pilipiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Kellberg in the 62nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Alfred Skirzynski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hahay's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Skirzynski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per-Åke Vestlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hahay's attentive Adam Glembin managed to snatch the ball when Rickard Drewitz made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. Per-Åke Vestlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Przemyslaw Ankiewicz in the 71st minute. 76 minutes into the match, Alfred Skirzynski notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Söderbröder's Per-Åke Vestlund. Per-Åke Vestlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustaf Fransson during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Söderbröder's Gustaf Fransson got a free kick in the 87th minute. Daniel Noworolnik struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Per-Åke Vestlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hahay. Hahay were furious when Wit Jaszyna was red carded, 97 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 97 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hahay! The Söderbröder manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Hahay to win.
