Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Conrado Socorro kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Pan FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Nemesio Aresti hit a great ball. Izaltina FAD's Dorian Dante shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Julio Micael but with some difficulty. Tony da Mata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Socorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Misael's late challenge caught a Izaltina FAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Misael helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pan FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Antonio Misael hit a great ball. Dorian Arósio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Julio Micael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Christiano Tavares fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Izaltina FAD's protests and gave Christiano Tavares a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Izaltina FAD got a freekick which was hit by Christiano Tavares. The supporters of Pan FC booed when Izaltina FAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorian Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Arósio in the 30th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Julio Micael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Eder Ludueña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Izaltina FAD's zone, Conrado Socorro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony da Mata came out of the goal and Conrado Socorro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
During the 59th minute of the match Christiano Tavares completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Christiano Tavares a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Dorian Arósio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Julio Micael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pan FC's Julio Micael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Vítor Duarte in the 64th minute of play. Jean Torres hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Pan FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Vítor Duarte came free, but Julio Micael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Micael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Vítor Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Quilo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Vítor Duarte in the 79th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Julio Micael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Micael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorian Arósio in the 82nd minute of the match. Dorian Arósio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Micael having to interfere. Pan FC's Juan José Van De Gucht suffered a concussion in the 90th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Pan FC made a substitution. Tadeo Telmo replaced Juan José Van De Gucht. After 91 played minutes Izaltina FAD got a freekick which was hit by Waldir Mendes. The Izaltina FAD supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pan FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Pan FC.
