The Bart Greenwood was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Elis Färber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kris Marks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wolf Poll having to interfere. Casimir Loepp charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Casimir Loepp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tiger's Casimir Loepp got a free kick in the 25th minute. Santos FC's Homer Diggs shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 27th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Wolf Poll but with some difficulty. The supporters of Tiger booed when Santos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kris Marks made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Ulrich Pickartz took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Bart Greenwood to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Tiger's Arne Herber got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Jörgen Stossun fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiger's protests and gave Jörgen Stossun a yellow card for diving instead. Jörgen Stossun kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 59th minute Desmond Rowell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wolf Poll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wolf Poll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desmond Rowell in the 86th minute of the match. Santos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Ulrich Pickartz scored to the left of an out of position Bart Greenwood, making the score, 0-4. In the 94th minute of the match Lawrence Smart shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wolf Poll showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ulrich Pickartz hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the match was over Tiger could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Santos FC throughout the match.
